Timepod is the latest watch in our retrofuturistic collection, and our most ambitious project to date. Handcrafted in our workshop in Gothenburg, it brings together traditional watchmaking with entirely new features.

Lug-release system

With a press of a button, you can release the lugs and pull them straight from the case – no special tools required, yet exceptionally secure.

Complex. Worry-free

The lug-release system is designed to inhibit dirt from entering the mechanism, while remaining easy to open for user maintenance if ever needed – without risking damage to other parts of the watch.

Proprietary sapphire crystal

The unique sapphire crystal gives the watch a bright front and sleek profile. It encloses the dial and hands, and is firmly attached to the case with 6 individual screws. Clear from all sides, bevelled, and AR-coated inside. A truly one-of-a-kind design.

Dual time-zones

The Timepod features true GMT functionality, with an independently adjustable hour hand and a 24-hour hand for tracking a second time zone.

Illuminated

A fully illuminated date wheel, integrated with the symmetry of the dial.

Mechanical imagination

– housed within a 11.2 mm scratch-resistant pod. The case itself measures just 6.4 mm.

In-house made, by hand

Starting from a block of metal, Timepod is crafted in our own workshop, including milling, lathing, bead blasting, hardening, engraving, regulating, assembly, and testing – one watch at a time.

Manual / Instruction

Winding and Setting the time

Handwinding:

Your watch winds automatically when your wrist is in motion, but you can wind it by hand as well:

  1. Unscrew the crown and turn it clockwise.

Independant hour hand setting:

  1. Unscrew the crown and pull crown out 1 click.

GMT and minute hand setting:

  1. Unscrew the crown and pull crown out 2 clicks.

Date setting:

  1. Unscrew the crown and pull crown out 1 click – Use hour hand to move date forward or backwards (changes at midnight).

(!) Always press the crown back in and screw it clockwise to lock it to the case. The Timepod is properly sealed only when the crown is screwed in.

(!) After usage in saltwater, rinse the watch with freshwater. To rinse the mechanism, press the release button, pull the lugs from the case and rinse the lug cavities. Leave to dry before reinserting the lugs.

Handling and care

As with all mechanical movements, shocks, drops, and magnetic fields can harm the movement. The sapphire crystal is scratch-resistant but keep it away from hard surfaces to avoid cracks. Take care of your Timepod and it will treat you well.

Timepod is presently being handmade, one by one, with ongoing delivery. Small updates to the design may not be shown in the pictures of this site. Current production iteration of the Timepod is T1.0
